It has a 4,600 mAH Battery and supports HSPA+ and 4G LTE Network. Sane as Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 10.1 it has an S-Pen that lets you draw things. Like Note 2, it supports multi-windows tasking, The Note 8.0 will also come with built-in Filpboard and latest S Note tools.
