One and a half month after the last release we are proud to announce version 1.5.3 of GOFG Sports Computer. We tried to incorporate all of the feedback we received for Windows Phone.
One of the main differences is: we are now Windows Phone 8 compatible – which means GOFG Sports Computer runs without any limitations on WP8 (this time for real). In addition we realized some colours would look nice so we added some highlights to the interface – which means less DOS stylish look .



Here is the list of all changes in this version:

• after uploading a track can be opened directly on gofg.at
• uploaded tracks are marked with a check in the overview
• app now asks you to rate it
• upload code change to work with new Sportstracker version
• updates of several libraries

What else is left to say? GOFG Sports Computer is now fully integrated with the GOFG Sports Tracker Software – which allows to analyze your training online and share it with your friends over Twitter and Facebook.

A regulatory document in Indonesia lists both model numbers, potentially pointing to a couple of new Lumia smartphones.

Is Nokia's Lumia 710 due to be upstaged by the 720?

 

Is Nokia getting ready to launch Lumia 520 and 720 smartphones? A regulatory filing seems to point in that direction.
The Lumia 520 and 720 were both on the list of a regulatory filing in Indonesia picked up by blog site PhoneArena.com.
The 520 would be the likely successor to the current Lumia 510, while the 720 would take over for the Lumia 710. Their inclusion on the list indicates that both won certification from Indonesia's equivalent of the FCC on Wednesday, according to PhoneArena.com.

Nokia 520 and 720 devices made the list of a regulatory document in Indonesia.

 

The regulatory document doesn't spill any details about the devices, but some rumors surfaced just today. An unnamed source revealed a few alleged tidbits to MyNokiaBlog.com, a third-party site unaffiliated with Nokia.
The source claimed that the Lumia 520 would come with a 4-inch Super Sensitive touch screen, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of memory, 8GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. The phone would have a 5-megapixel camera on the back but no camera in the front. The 520 would also run Windows Phone 8.

 

The higher-end 720 would offer a 4.3-inch screen using Nokia's ClearBlack display. Powered by a 1GHz dual-core chip, the 720 would come with 512MB of memory, 8GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. The phone would sport a 6-MP camera in the back and a 2-MP camera in the front. And like the 520, the 720 would be equipped with Windows Phone 8.
The tipster doesn't reveal where or how this information was obtained, so definitely consider these specs as pure rumor for now.
But we could learn more about both phones by the end of this month. Nokia is expected to demo its upcoming Lumia lineup when Mobile World Congress kicks off the last week of February.

More evidence of the loosening supply of Nokia Lumia 920 handsets is the availability of yellow and cyan versions of the handsets on Amazon and now also at Best Buy online.
The arrival of the handsets on Amazon also seemed to have caused a rush, with both the yellow and cyan handsets topping Amazon’s AT&T Best Seller list, presumably with punters trying to secure their favourite colour before they supply disappears once again.
It would be interesting to see if Nokia would be able to maintain sales into the new year as supply improves, or if the company will suffer the traditional first quarter slump which affect most this time of the year.
